Board Of Directors
Mr. Sunil Agarwal has over 20 years of work experience in the Indian real estate sector and has held senior positions in various real estate companies. He is the founder of BOV, a real estate asset valuation and advisory company. Before starting BOV he was the co-founder and CEO of South Asian Real Estate (SARE), a USD 400 Mn FDI funds management and development company executing large residential projects of over 100 acres at six locations in India. He has also worked as Vice President at ICICI Ventures, an asset management company with approx. USD 500 million real estate funds under management. Some of the other companies he has been associated at senior positions include HSBC, DS Group, Colliers International and Chesterton Meghraj (Now JLL) where he has managed corporate real estate, built and ran successful lines of businesses including advisory ,brokerage, project management and facilities management.
Mr. Agarwal is a Fellow member of “Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors” (RICS)&Associate Dean and Director at the RICS school of built environment, Amity University. He is also a member board of studies at Centre of Environment Planning and Technology (“CEPT”) Ahmadabad and on the board of the Building Engineering & Management Faculty of School of Planning and Architecture (“SPA”) Delhi.
He holds a degree in Civil Engineering; masters in Urban Planning (Housing) and an MBA in Finance & Marketing.
Mr. Bansal has approximately 23 years of experience in corporate finance and real estate sector. He is the Managing Director and a founder of Aurum Equity Partners, an advisory and investment banking firm. Mr. Bansal worked with KPMG and Arthur Andersen and then co-founded Ambit Corporate Finance where he was heading the “Alternate Capital” practice. Mr. Bansal is a seasoned Investment Banker an expert negotiator he has lead many marquee transactions to closure across industries such as Consumer Markets, Automotives, Media, Real Estate and Hospitality etc.
Mr. Bansal is a Chartered Accountant and has undertaken a course on Advanced Management from Kellogg School of Business, Northwestern University.
Team Members
Mr. Varun Goel has over 7 years of experience in real estate sector mainly in real estate valuations, project planning, design and site management. Prior to joining BOV, He has previously worked with Supratik Estates, a real estate development company in Bhubaneshwar where he was responsible for planning and designing of various residential projects. He has also been responsible for conducting Valuations, Market research, Feasibility studies, Investment banking advisory for various clients of Black Olive Ventures. Mr.Goel has also worked with Raj Rewal Architects and was responsible for co-ordination of design and planning of various development projects.
He is a member of Institution of Valuers, Institute of Town Planners – India, Council of Architecture. He is also visiting Faculty at “School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi
He holds a Bachelors Degree in Architecture & Masters in Housing Planning from CEPT Ahmedabad.
Mr. Rahul Kumar has over 10 years of rich experience in real estate sector mainly as property valuation expert with real grass root knowledge of micro markets in Delhi NCR. He has been responsible for timely delivery of retail valuations at BOV. He manages the retail valuation team as a team leader of 60 members at office and site put together. Prior to joining BOV, he has previously worked with Rao Associate, Adroit Technical Services and Aggarwal & Associate as a valuation expert.He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from Magadh University.
