The Greater Noida authority on Friday said that 22 of 48 housing projects, which have been audited and scrutinised, are in a critical stage. Officials are unsure about the delivery of 37,000 flats in these 22 projects, because their promoting companies are in financial distress. The officials, however, refused to disclose the names of the builders who have allegedly diverted funds collected from homebuyers for other purposes. Homebuyers, on the other hand, want the authority to name the developers.
